1. Enclose a note with your name and order number with the return.
Send the item(s) independently adequately packed and padded to the following address:

For example, our small packages within Germany can be returned to Deutsche Post as a consignment for €2.25 (without Shipment tracking). However, the type of shipping is optional.

2. As soon as we receive the shipment, the return will be processed within 7 working days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as when purchasing.

Notes:

-The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods ( Earrings, piercings, ear cuffs and ear studs) which are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

-Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items, as these items are made especially for you.

No, you do not have to register the return with us. However, please note the return conditions and the cancellation period.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last item in your order.

The return shipping (including costs) is paid by the buyer.

Yes, you can order several rings and ring sizes to try on and simply return the ones that don't fit (as long as they are not personalized with an engraving). 😊

You can send the return via any company (DHL, Hermes, etc.).

Yes, that is possible. However, please remember that you include a piece of paper with all the order numbers for the return so that we can assign the return correctly.

Returns will be processed as quickly as possible. As a rule, returns are processed within 7 working days after the returns have been received by us.

Yes, as long as the order has not yet been put together or shipped, it is still possible to cancel your order.
An order with personalized items can be canceled as long as the personalized item has not yet been made.
